Terms of Participation

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

By purchasing this product, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which form an agreement between [Pink Lemon Ltd] (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and You.

1. Program Overview

The Company agrees to provide access to products (“products”), identified in our online commerce shopping cart. By enrolling, you agree to comply with all policies and procedures outlined in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.

2. Disclaimer

This Agreement incorporates the Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer by reference. The Company, Pink Lemon, is not providing services as an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, financial advisor, therapist, or business manager. No ongoing relationship exists between the parties after the conclusion of the Membership unless a new agreement is signed.

3. Fees

In consideration of your access to the Membership, you agree to the following fees:

£45.00 for access to the membership per month.
£450.00 for access to the membership per year.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided.

5. Confidentiality

Your participation in the Membership involves confidential information. You agree to keep private any information shared by other participants. Similarly, the content and resources within the course, including proprietary templates, forms, and methods, are the Company’s intellectual property. Sharing this information without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Membership, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the Company’s property or that of its suppliers, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Membership for your personal use only. Any attempt to copy, share, resell, or modify the materials is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

7. Force Majeure

The Company will not be held liable for any failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, or technical issues.

8. Severability/Waiver

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remainder of the Agreement will still be enforceable.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your participation in the Membership, including any legal fees incurred due to your actions or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make any negative statements, comments, or communications about the Company or its services, employees, or representatives in any public or private forum.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Membership and related services at our discretion if you become disruptive or violate the terms of this Agreement. You will not be entitled to a refund in the event of termination.

12. Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the course or participation in the membership after modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Dispute Resolution and Waiver of Claims

By participating in the Membership, you expressly waive any claims against the Company. Any disputes will be resolved according to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
