Before moving into social media, Helen enjoyed a 19-year career in hospitality, where she developed a passion for customer experience, communication and training... skills that remain at the heart of her business today.

She went on to create the successful local business community BR6Life, before launching The Social Surgery, which has become known for its friendly, down-to-earth approach to making social media feel simple, achievable and effective.

Helen is also the creator of the Savvy Social Media Planner and 365 Social Media Prompt Cards, designed to help business owners create consistent content without the overwhelm.
